While we make every effort to offer a full range of fresh, frozen, and cured meats to our clients at all times, demand is high and inventory becomes limited often.
Priority is given to restaurants, meat markets, and other retailers; and to our private clients purchasing full carcasses.
Any full carcass purchase is custom butchered and packed to each buyer’s exact needs, and delivered at no additional cost.
We also offer direct sales to consumers by the cut or loin; all USDA inspected and packaged for maximum shelf life. Delivery is available in the Tulsa area for a $20 flat rate, regardless of order size, and we can be found at various locations on pre-determined dates for in-person sales and order pick up. These dates may found in the calendar below, and additional dates may be set up on a case by case basis at no charge depending on location, availability, and client demand.
Catering supply is offered, we are happy to work with your catering specialist or, upon request, we can arrange for some of the best BBQ Pit Masters and Chefs in the area to utilize our inventory to make the menu at your next event as special and unforgettable as possible.
